Seizing an unforeseen opportunity thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, Hedley & Bennett decided to create high-quality masks in to solve the widespread shortages of protective gear. The consumer response was huge, and the brand quickly realized it didn’t have the capacity to scale independently.

Already in talks with Ryder, they decided to partner with the 3PL. Within days, Hedley and Bennett went from one SKU to 200 and were able to start fulfilling thousands of orders rapidly with a tailored system that even allowed for their signature custom embroidery.
